Heart Centered Meditations
Offered every Saturday at 4pm PST via zoom.
This is an distance healing session during which you are welcome to meditate, sit or lie down in silence. If you are unable to make it at this time you can also be included without joining the call or place your device on mute while going about your day. Initial effects are felt the most if you are quiet during the meditation, but it isn’t necessary to participate.
I divide the meditation into three parts and announce when we shift over to the next for those who'd like to track their internal experience. The first part is always grounding, centering and releasing energetic attachments we accumulate while going about our day. The second part focuses on clearing away grief, anger and fear caused by current circumstances and past traumas that we unconsciously hold.
The last part of this healing session focuses on the many subtle structures in the heart. I also take requests at the beginning for needs specific to the events or feelings coming up around the meditation. The end is always grounding and centering to close.
In periods of external upheaval, often things buried within us begin to surface. This creates an opportunity for inner work to be unusually quick and impactful. This work will help release deep fears that are now coming up, bring you into your center and create an internal environment of peace. In addition to internal shifts, the current external momentum can help us burn through and burn open heart spaces. This is an opportunity to bring all the emotional fuel that we have in our hands into a greater fire within us.

Independent Healing Meditations
These meditations take place every week and I work on the group independently (no livestream). My focus is on emotional clearing and energy body restoration. Modern people carry a degree of energetic and emotional burden that is relatively new, constantly changing and challenging to address.
The first piece of the burden is trauma. We experience trauma directly throughout our lives. Trauma is also passed down by our parents through parent-child interaction and is carried physically through our genetics. Traumas can be large and small, build upon one another and are stored in the mind, emotional body, physical body and energy body. The process of healing is similar to untangling a very large mass of yarn with each strand pulling on many other strands with their own tangles.
The second piece is that our form (physical body, energy body and mind body) was not built for the world we inhabit. The amount of outside information and sensory experience we are all exposed to in a single day can be far more complex than what our early ancestors could experience in a lifetime. We are beings whose systems are built to retain, understand and utilize information. We are built to learn and create. I would argue that part of our developmental push as beings is driven by this complexity, but if not addressed can cause great difficulty as an overload of sensory information can cause and make it more difficult to resolve traumas. Many of us have felt or known that what we have to deal with in our lives is 'too much'. This assessment is correct.
The meditations are focused on healing the traumas we all carry. They are meant to prepare you for your own spiritual path or any life path with the peace that is your birthright as a human being. I would like to simply restore the calm, unwavering, unquestioning core within you. I want your foundation to be strong and clear and for you to have success in whatever path you desire.
I do this through a wide range of distance emotional healing and energy body clearing techniques that I have learned over the last 19 years. I use different types of energy or lights alongside intuitive insight and an understanding of many of the energy or subtle body structures where traumas are stored. I address trauma at the level of the mind-space or causal body, the emotional body and to an extent the physical body. I recommend participating in as many meditations as you can for the most advantageous results. After 3-6 you should notice more peace and ease in your mind, heart and life.
While we accept donations, they are not expected or required to participate. Your only obligation is to hold the light within you. You may use this light in your life and in the world however best suits you.
