Can I be included in all the distant healing meditations?
Yes, just send us a message requesting to do so. If you’d like to stop at any point please send us another message.
What should I do during the session?
If you have a meditation posture or practice you are welcome to meditate at the same time as the sessions. You can also just sit in a quiet place in a relaxing position. You can also go about your regular life, once you’ve stated your intention to be involved you’ll be included in the work no matter what you are doing.
If you’d like to participate more directly you can visualize yourself sitting with me and the group allowing your mind to fill in the specifics. You can also think about the parts of your life that you would like to see transformed.
What will it feel like?
The range of experiences is very personal. Some people will feel tingly, heavy or light during the sessions. Some will see light or images. Most people will begin to notice changes in themselves or their life within a month especially if they participate in at least three sessions. Sometimes the people who know them best will notice first. The life changes should include a more effortless peace, clarity, intuitive expansion, a lightness and the specific focus of the session. In some cases there is an emotional reaction as old wounds and patterns are moving up and out of your system. My aim is for the effect to be long term, so you might notice the most significant effects 33 days to 6 months post session.
If you’d like to feel or experience more simply ask. Ask yourself or any face of the divine you connect with to have a deeper experience of the process. You can also ask to have a dream that tells you more about the process and make sure to also ask to remember the dream.
How do I know if I should do this?
This is meant to be personally empowering and inclusive to all. There are no prerequisites, requirements or expectations. If you have felt drawn here either through a deep visceral or intuitive pull or the thought that this is intriguing in a positive way, that is a good indication that this is right for you.
What does this do?
In the simplest terms, it is meant to bring all participants into deeper contact with themselves. Emotional clearing is a big component and this should lead to less emotional reactivity, clarity of mind and ease of holding space for others. In some cases there can be physical, spiritual or life transformations or revelations. The causal or mind body completes a cycle every 33 days and the subtle or energy body every six months. You may notice changes earlier, but there should be soft openings over time.
I've heard you mention about some of the drops. What are you talking about?
During the meditations, Theresa works on the structures of the subtle body, thereby bringing about deep healing and removal of the obstacles that are in the way to our most fulfilled expressions of our lives.
The white and red drops are known as thigle in Tibetan and as bindu in Sanskrit.
The white drop is seated at the crown of the head at the opening of the central channel.
The red drop (well, this particular one anyway) is at the tip of the genitals at the other end of the central channel.
They are said to be related to the original male and female essences that give rise to the human form. Their minor expressions are spread throughout the form and give rise to the shape of the meridians.
When the two at the crown and base are meditated upon simultaneously with sufficient discrimination and force, they can cause the minor red and white drops to move and stack into the central channel and partake of the neutral void quality within it.
This void quality neutralizes the genetic and ancestral karmas in the minor drops and allows the meridians to assume their natural shape.
This can also open the central channel allowing an individual to have a very strong sense of their place in the world in relationship to both the divine and the earth.
This is a critical foundation for deeper spiritual work. It helps restore some of the fundamental clarity and begins to release the structural foundations of how not what we think.
From the perspective of Daoist Nei Dan, this work is purifying the jing.
What is the Yellow Court that you mention?
The yellow court (huang ting), located at the level of the solar plexus, is the seat of cohesion and expression for the natural personality when it is functioning as it should. For most of us, it is the seat of expression of the persona: the fragmented secondary survival personality.
The yellow court is so called because it is the meeting place and integration place of all the differing biological intelligences: spiritual awareness, intent, will, bodily desire, power, intuition etc.
This meeting place is fractured via consistent emotional, cultural and social nonsense / abuse / confusion during childhood.
This breaks away our reason from our intuition from our will, etc. Our awareness is then pulled into one or possibly two of these areas.
The work with the yellow court is the dissolution of the emotional traumas and difficulties that lead to our inhabiting a persona.
With time and persistence, the persona can dissolve and the true natural personality can emerge.
