Using a series of symbolic images and ideas as well as the tools I use to remove emotional debris, I will record a 5-15 minute guided meditation for you to use daily. Beforehand we will consult about what your goals are. They may be to overcome a specific emotionally block, difficulty or confusion or it could be to help relax and center at the beginning or end of the day.
