You are invited to be part of the Saturday meditation by joining our Zoom meeting - here is the link for the coming session:
We begin promptly at 4 PM Pacific Time, so we ask you to log on a few minutes before.
These meditations generally run 40-50 minutes.
You are welcome to meditate, sit or lie down in silence. Initial effects are felt the most if you are quiet during the meditation, but it isn’t necessary. You may keep your connection on mute as you go about your day if you prefer.
