ThreadWork is a relational healing modality designed to smooth out internal conflict at very deep layers of being.  Humans are vast and complex beings. Our true selves extend far past our limited awareness—within these complex subtle layers of being,  there are many contradictions, tensions, and distortions that shape how we experience ourselves and the world.

During a ThreadWork session, Theresa draws out threads of this Foundational Light from the deepest well of being—through the causal and subtle body layers—into the physical body and lived experience. This process establishes a direct pathway for the purest part of oneself to express through the layers of personality, history, and conditioning.

Rather than directing or manipulating energy, ThreadWork invites surrender. It allows the client’s own essence to find its way back to harmony, gently dissolving unconscious resistance and smoothing out relational knots—whether those involve the self, another person, or a specific life circumstance.

Ultimately, ThreadWork is not about fixing or changing who you are; it is about reconnecting with the radiant source of who you have always been. A thread can be drawn out for any area of life—Theresa will smooth out your relationship to that topic, allowing your true nature to flow more freely through it.

What to expect: People report a smoother relationship with the topic/area of life. Sometimes this means you personally feel better about it, due to a shift in perspective. Sometimes it shows up as a change in physical circumstances. Either way, your relationship to this area of life feels less encumbered. 

We don’t guarantee any specific outcomes, because what manifests is dependent on each person’s unique circumstance and karma. The issue will resolve in the best possible way for you, but it might not be how you imagined. Sometimes what we desire and what we actually need in life are two different things!

It depends on the topic being threaded. Small things might present with a solution immediately. You’ll find those keys you were looking for or a solution to getting the internet fixed will come in the form of a chatty neighbor over the weekend. However, with large life topics like career or relationship, it might take longer to see results but the Threadwork will start “working on the issue” immediately. This might come in the form of having a new perspective, or you come upon an article that leads you in the right direction, etc.

Absolutely! Kids are often more receptive to ThreadWork when it comes to sleep, education, health. However, things like finances and romance will be positively affected in adulthood. The ThreadWork will set them up for future well-being in these areas.

Pets will experience ThreadWork differently. Results for pets will vary because their minds work differently from humans. Some pets respond very well but others have a natural expression contrary to what owners prefer. We recommend at least 3 months to see results, since the ThreadWork compounds.
