Mindfulness Class
Guest teacher Dion Hall will lead a series of mindfulness classes and guided meditations grounded in the teachings of Zen Buddhism. Each session introduces practical tools for calming the mind, cultivating awareness, and bringing ease into daily life. Suitable for both new and experienced practitioners seeking steady, accessible ways to integrate mindfulness into ordinary moments.
